In Pribinić, Municipality of Teslić, there were several detention facilities run by MUP of Republika Sprska and the Army of RS from June to October 1992: the Cultural Centre, the post office, the agricultural pharmacy and the warehouse. Some 200 Bosniaks and Croats were held at the warehouse in Pribinić, and at other detention sites. The prisoners were denied medical assistance and some died as a result of beatings.

Court trials:
For war crimes committed in the Municipality of Teslić, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) convicted, under the command responsibility doctrine, Momčilo Krajišnik, the wartime president of the Republika Srpska Assembly, sentencing him to 20 years in prison, Biljana Plavšić, the wartime member of the Presidency of Republika Srpska, sentencing her to 11 years in prison, Mićo Stanišić, wartime minister of interior of Republika Srpska, sentencing him to 22 yers in prison, Radoslav Brđanin, president of the Crisis Staff of the Autonomous Region of Krajina, sentencing him to 30 years in prison, and Stojan Župljanin, chief of SJB Banja Luka, sentencing him to 22 years in prison.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina convicted: Dragan Marjanović, commander of the Military Police unit of the VRS Teslić Brigade, sentencing him to 14 years in prison, other members of the unit who were also members of the military portion of the “Miće” formation, Saša Gavranović, sentencing him to 15 years in prison, Vitomir Dević, sentencing him to 15 years in prison, Zoran Šljuka, sentencing him to 15 years in prison and Dragomir Kezunović, sentencing him to 14 years in prison. Marjanović, Gavranović, Dević, Šljuka and Kezunović were convicted as conspirators for crimes against 28 civilians who had been held prisoner at SJB Teslić, the Territorial Defence building and the Pribinić military jail and for taking them to Mount Borje in the night between 17 and 18 June 1992, and killing them there.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina convicted Dario Slavuljica, a member of the VRS military police – Operative Group Doboj, and at the same time member of the military portion of the “Miće” military-police formation, for his part as a conspirator in the killing of 28 Bosniak and Croat civilians taken from SJB Teslić and the Pribinić military jail, sentencing him to 8 years in prison.
On 10 November 2023, the Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Dragan Babić as a police officer and warden of the detention facility in Pribinić, and Milivoje Maletić as a guard in the detention facility. Dragan Babić and Milivoje Maletić stand accused of murder and inhuman treatment of Bosniak and Croat civilians and prisoners of war held at the detention facility in Pribinić, Teslić.
