From 23 July to September 1995, the 13th kilometre camp was used as a detention facility for captured Serb civilians and soldiers and was under the control of the El Mudžahid unit attached to the Army of RBiH. The prisoners were abused and killed.

Court trials:
The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) convicted the Commander of the Main Staff of ARBiH Rasim Delić for failing to take the necessary and reasonable mesures to prevent or punish the crimes committed by his subordinates in Livade and the Kamenica Camp located near Zavidovići. Sakib Mahmuljin, Commander of the 3rd Corps of ARBiH, is currently being tried before the Court of BiH under the doctrine of command responsibility for crimes committed at this site.
